Experimental Evaluation of Irrigation Methods on Soil Nutrient Status and Nutrient Uptake of Summer Groundnut

Aims: To study the nutrient uptake and status of available nutrients in soil after harvest groundnut as affected by different irrigation levels methods at Northern Transitional Zone Karnataka.
 Study Design: The experiment was laid out randomized block design with replicated thrice.
 Place Duration Study: AICRP on Groundnut, Main Agricultural Research Station, University Sciences, Dharwad during summer 2021.
 Methodology: We took 11 treatments involving level using eight micro-sprinkler treatments, one drip fertigation treatment two flood treatments. After harvesting from were analyzed.
 Results: Significantly higher total nitrogen, phosphorus potassium recorded applied 0.6 ET0 Seedling, 1.0 Flowering, 1.25 Pegging, 0.8 Pod formation stages along N P [3 splits NF 3rd, 4th 5th week] CaNO3 S PGF 7th, 8th 9th (164.0, 27.6 129.3 kg ha-1, respectively) 40.0, 55.43 25.91 per cent compared to control (Flood FAO). Same enhanced chemical properties like pH, EC organic carbon 1.04, 16.12 7.40 control.
 Conclusion: Drip also improved irrigation). So, this method can be proved beneficial reducing requirement crop under cultivation Karnataka.
